Description
The Tanglewood Trail is a short, gravel trail in the Tanglewood section of the Southern Pines community, Moore County, North Carolina. The trail is part of a larger system of greenways in Southern Pines. It starts on Morganton Road, and even though there is also a sidewalk along Morganton Road, the Tanglewood Trail is a separate segment.

Parking and Trail Access
From the Pinehurst traffic circle, take the exit for US 15/501 South and go to Morganton Road; turn left. You can park in the lot beside the gas station. Then continue walking/biking a short distance down Morganton Road (east) to the trailhead at Tanglewood Drive.
