Tepicon Mess Hall

Great American Rail-Trail

Architecture Commerce, Economy & Work

Tepicon Hall is a beautiful place for a picnic on a sunny day.

Tepicon Mess Hall, now a recreation building in Tippecanoe River State Park, is a relic of the Depression-era Camp Tepicon, built by laborers employed by the Works Progress Administration. The Indiana Department of Natural Resources created a video explaining the park's origin in this New Deal labor program.
