The Blithedale Ring Fire Road cuts through the Blithedale Summit Open Space Preserve, just east of the Mount Tamalpais State Park.
At the trail's northern end it connects with Indian Fire Road, which continues north, and the southern end connecs to the community of Mill Valley. The trail also connects with the nearby Old Railroad Grade.
There is no designated parking available for the Blithedale Ring Fire Road.
