One of the most technically challenging mountain biking trails of the Marin Headlands region, the Eldridge Grade Fire Road descends along steep and rocky switchbacks from the top of Mount Tamalpais itself.
Be warned, this is an expert-level mountain biking trail and open to hiking traffic as well. The southern end of the trail connects to the Fish Grade Fire Road.
Parking is available at the northern end of the trail, near the peak of Mount Tamalpais.
