The Los Banos Rail Trail offers a 1-mile alternative to non-motorized travel through downtown Los Banos between 2nd Street and Ward Rd.
The trail occupies a disused rail right-of-way and includes exercise stations, benches and drinking fountains. There isn't much shade so be sure to bring sunscreen for those casual summer strolls or rides. The trail runs past Henry Miller Plaza, built to honor one of the town's founders and incorporating interesting sculptures around a fountain.
Parking is available at the shopping centers at the corner of Mercy Springs Blvd. and Pacheco Rd. See TrailLink Map for more detailed information.
Excellent Surface. Nice Community trail that also pays tribute to California’s Cattle King, Henry Miller.
Easy parking in Shopping Center across the street from the east end of Trail, N37.05713 -120.83557 .
Drinking fountains at each street crossing.
