From the Chittenden Road parking area, cyclists can climb 1,500ft in 2.5 miles to summit Mount Washburn. It is a dirt and gravel road, that is also open to administrative vehicles, so cyclists and hikers must share the trail.
To access the Mount Washburn Bike Trail, trail users can park at the Chittenden Road parking area.
