The Treadway Creek Trail is a paved, 8-foot-wide multiuse pathway that connects with the Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail. The route crosses several streams and there are six lookout areas with benches and interpretive signage.
From Harmody Park in Old Brooklyn, the trail meanders north through the woods to Crestline Avenue where it turns northeast and follows Jennings Road until it reaches Lower Harvard Avenue. The trail continues east on Lower Harvard Avenue until it connects with the Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail in Cuyahoga Heights.
Parking is available at the Harvard Avenue Trailhead, which is shared with Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail. Visit the TrailLink map for detailed directions.
Perfect to find your way from the Towpath to the Cleveland Zoo and Old Brooklyn neighborhood. Massive elevation at the top of the trailhead. Kids will likely walk bikes up.
