About the Route
The trail leaves off from its northern endpoint in Van Auken Field and heads southeast along a wooded corridor before reaching Ohio Ave. and shares the road with car traffic for a short distance before reaching Miller Park.
After Miller Park, the trail once again shares the road traveling east on Chestnut St. The rest of the route heads southeast, parts of it following alongside an active rail line. The southern end of the trail also passes through Trolley Line Park and Trolley Line House which offers park pavilions, a firepit, and more.
The Wadsworth Interurban Trail runs between Van Auken Field, 139 S Lyman St (Wadsworth), where parking is available, and Silvercreek Rd. (Wadsworth).
