Prescribe-A-Trail allows you to walk and talk with a health care professional on a range of different healthy living topics each week. Join us for a nature walk on Radnor Trail with Penn Personalized Care Physician, Dr. William N. Duffy, MD, an Internal Medicine physician at Penn Medicine in Valley Forge. Being a member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, he helps people live better lives by promoting nutrition, exercise and mindfulness. This week, Dr. Duffy will be discussing How to “Be True” to your Personalized Approach to Health and Well Being. Wear comfortable, sturdy shoes! All fitness levels are encouraged! Trail is suitable for a leisurely or brisk walk. Dogs and strollers are welcome! Walk two miles on the trail and discuss medical questions and healthy living. In case of inclement weather, the walk will be cancelled.
