Exeter Scenic River Trail, Exeter Scenic River Trail
I have no idea what this concrete abutment, located at the junction with the branch path to the composting facility and Trout Run Park, was built for. Unfortunately, vandalism is a problem along this trail, as well as on other Reading-area greenways.
