The Broadneck Peninsula Trail is 2.43 miles of asphalt walking and biking pathway in east Annapolis. The trail runs parallel to College Parkway, from Bay Dale Dr. to Old Cape St. Claire Road, across from Broadneck Park. A spur reaches Broadneck Library and another to Walnut Ridge Drive. The second phase of the trail will stretch to Bay Dale Drive, and construction launched in the summer of 2018.
Parking is available at Broadneck Park (613 College Pkwy). Other amenities include athletic fields, picnic tables, restrooms, and a dog park.
The new section has been opened bringing the length of the trail to about 2 miles. The new section is quite hilly and will be a bit challenging for casual and older riders.
New section recently opened. The eventual path will link up with the B&A trail for serious mileage.
