The Lone Wolf Trail is a 1-mile trail in Anne Arundel County Maryland. The trail is connected to two already existing trails: The Strawberry Lake Way Bicycle Path, and the WB&A Trail. Although the trail is only 1 mile long (technically only .99,) it can be used with the two previously mentioned trails to form a longer trip. The asphalt trail spends almost the entirety of its short route winding through woods, providing users with a bit of a more secluded ride or walk. Since the trail is asphalt, it can be used for a large amount of outdoor activities, including walking, biking, inline skating, and can even be used by those that require a wheelchair.
Parking for the trail can be found in Odenton Park, which would require users to take the Strawberry Lake Way Bicycle Path a short distance to the Lone Wolf Trail.
Just short of a mile, this trail will still make you work a little. With its curved and sloped walkway overlooking the marsh, it still gives a silent peace even though its wedged between housing communities. And again, although bare from its winter weeks, the lack of greenery allows you to over look the marshlands and see nature's beauty further than the tree line of the trail. It leaves the mind to just wait for the early spring months to watch it all regrow and awe at the canopy of the trees arch over the trail. Very neighborly walkers, dog walkers, and bikers.
