The Buena Vista Riverwalk is a well-maintained walking/running trail in Buena Vista, Virginia with magnificent views of the Maury River and surrounding wildlife. Benches are located along the trail to relax and enjoy scenery. The Buena Vista River Walk Trail was developed as part of the flood wall project, completed in the 1990s.
The flat gravel trail mostly runs on top of the floodwall and parallels the Maury River and Norfolk Southern Railway and has views of the scenic Maury River as well as the industrial heart of Buena Vista.
Parking for the Buena Vista River Walk is available along 10th and 21st streets.
