Corson's Inlet Rail-Trail begins in the south from the parking lot off County 619 (by the bridge) in Corson's Inlet State Park and runs for a short distance across the upper dunes above the beach. There are plans to extend the trail a short distance farther to 59th Street, for access to the state park from town.
The dunes and beach provide an important—and fragile—habitat for nesting shore birds. Please mind beach closures during the nesting season. A fee is required to use the park and for fishing and boat launching.
Parking for the Corson's Inlet Rail-Trail is available just northeast of the bridge on County Highway 619.
Had to really look thru all the shrubbery and trees to get a view of anything, otherwise just a narrow path to the end and back.
I can see how nobody has done a review because it is short but very hard to find. I did four trails on this day and I had a great day on a day that did not have the best of weather. If you ride down to Corson's Inlet Park as you go into the parking lot the trail is on your lift and is easy to miss. It is short but somebody is maintaining it. I would not go out of my way to ride this trail but if you are in Ocean City NJ. you need to do this trail
