The Kingfisher Trail is part of the Heritage Trail System of Rome and Floyd County, which consists of over a dozen miles of trails and bike/pedestrian facilities. The trail is paved with 12-foot wide concrete, located on the west side of the Etowah river, stretching from Branham Creek at the cemetery and ending at an intersection with the Silver Creek Trail.
A small parking lot is located at the northern end of the trail, on Branham Avenue just north of the Broad Street bridge.
Nice walk along a creek. Neat rocks along the walk. Not many people on trail.
