Explore the Shorty Howell Park via this 1.3-mile paved, multiuse trail. Located in south Duluth, the 67-acre park offers a variety of recreational opportunities for all ages.
The park has restrooms, picnic areas and shelters, a pavilion, several playgrounds, and a small lake. The activity building has classes and available for events. There are seven baseball/softball fields with lights and a football/multiuse field with a well-lit walking track.
The park is open year-round from 7am until 11pm.

The park (2750 Pleasant Hill Road, Duluth) has plenty of parking in several large lots with multiple accessible spaces.
