The short Skelly Bypass Neighborhood Trail runs through a residential area just outside of the Tulsa Promenade Shopping Center. The trail parallels E Skelly Drive and Interstate 44, but a noise barrier and trees help lend a sense of seclusion.
There is no designated parking for the Skelly Bypass Neighborhood Trail.
This is a nice little neighborhood trail with lots of beautiful color in the spring. The only slight downfall to it is the road noise from I-44
