Following a former Union Pacific Railroad right-of-way through the City of Fullerton, this trail provides an alternative pedestrian/bike route from Fullerton's transit station (bus, Amtrack, & Metrolink) to the nearby neighborhoods.
The 10-foot-wide paved path is well-lit and lined with trees. Public outdoor fitness equipment can be found along the route. The City has plans to eventually continue the trail along the Union Pacific right-of-way to Imperial Hwy.
Free public parking is available at the Pomona Parking Structure, a nearby parking garage, located at the intersection of S Pomona Ave & E Santa Fe Ave. There are additional pay parking garages nearby and several parking lots in the area close around the garage that are connected with the the transit station, but may be available for use.
