Westport Dunes Trail, sometimes referred to as the Westport Light Trail, offers a scenic ride of just over 2 miles on Washington's northwest coastline. As the paved trail winds through two state parks—Wesport Light and Westhaven—it offers views of sand dunes, beaches, and the Pacific Ocean.
The north end of the trail ends at Westhaven Drive, where you'll find a marina, the Westport Maritime Museum, and several restaurant options (especially for seafood connoisseurs, naturally).
Parking is available in Westhaven State Park (2700 Jetty Haul Rd.) on the trail's northern end and Westport Light State Park (1595 Ocean Ave.) at the trail's southern end.
Remember that you'll need a Discover Pass to park (or pay otherwise)! Tickets are expensive and the rangers are definitely patrolling!
Bring your boots or bike and take a nice stroll along washingtons west coast paved trail /w bathrooms at the state parks at both ends.
