Wildwood Greenway is an eight-foot-wide bicycle and pedestrian trail in Wildwood, a western suburb of St. Louis. It is part of a trail system offering twelve miles of asphalt trail throughout the city. Currently, the longest continuous segment is just over five miles, although that segment connects to bicycle lanes that continue to Babler State Park.
In addition to outdoor recreation opportunities, the trail provides access to residential areas, to schools (Lafayette High School and Babler Elementary School), and to businesses at Wildwood Town Center.
Parking is available at Wildwood Town Center. From Interstate 44: travel north on MO-109 for 5.8 miles. Turn right onto Manchester Road and travel 1 mile to the traffic circle. Take the third exit onto Taylor Road and travel 0.3 mile. Park in any public lot. The trail runs parallel with State Highway 100.
We've use this trail often for walking/jogging; most recently to train for a half marathon. The path is well paved and well kept. You can get a super work out with the up and down hilly routes. I highly recommend this trail.
