My First time on this trail. Descended 800 feet in about a mile. Challenging decent down to Little Piney Creek. Trail was marked well but not over marked. I ran about half. The ascent back to my car was brutal. Getting hot. Total tree cover and not a stitch of wind. Solitude - me and the spider webs across the path.
