290 Toll Shared Use Path Description

The 290 Toll Shared Use Path provides a useful commuter route in the northeastern suburbs of Austin. From the Walnut Bend neighborhood of the city east to the rural community of Manor, the paved pathway parallels the south side of Manor Expressway (290 Toll). Travelers will have access to local businesses along the way and Manor New Technology High School. Note that there are no trail amenities along the route or tree cover, so bring water and be prepared for the sun exposure.

At the southwest end, continue south along the 183A Toll Shared Use Path to connect to the Southern Walnut Creek Trail.

Parking and Trail Access

Although no trailhead parking is available for the trail, travelers could park in the Manor New Technology High School lot (10323 US 290, Manor) outside of school hours.
