About the Route
Although the concrete path is tightly-packed in between the highway, the trail also offers wide expansive views of the waterfront for its entire 4.5-mile route.
Connections
At the northern end of the trail, trail users can connect to the Tampa Riverwalk.
The Bayshore Linear Park Trail runs between Fl 618 (Tampa) and Bayshore Blvd. (Tampa) with parking available near the southern end at Ballast Point Park.

The paved trail is wide and accommodates its users. My running app indicated the distance is a bit less than 4.5 miles (closer to 4.1) but it was a nice way to spend the morning.
