The Big 4 trail in Veedersburg runs through the town of Veedersburg, just northwest of Indianapolis along an old railbed.
Starting from the western endpoint, trail users should be warned that first 500ft of the trail is shared with a church driveway and to be wary of vehicles also on the route.
After passing through bollards just before the church, the trail returns to a safe, off-road route for bikers and pedestrians alike. The trail heads southeast from here and passed by Keeling Cemetery and the downtown stretch of Veedersburg.
After passing S Main St, the trail dips into a more wooded environment for the rest of its route and crosses the scenic Coal Creek before reaching its eastern terminus at N Eagle St.
There is parking available just off the trail along S Main St in downtown Veedersburg.
