The Forest Hills Trail is a nice multi-use recreation trail that forms a circuit around a subdivision in the city of Asbury, just west of Dubuque. Perfect for walking, jogging, and other forms of exercise, the trail follows the tree-lined perimeter of the neighborhood, passing by a small pond and providing a convenient loop that starts and ends on Forest Hills Drive. Nearby Cloie Creek Park also offers an unpaved mountain bike trail, providing even more recreational diversity to this suburban community. Be sure to keep an eye out for deer and other wildlife, as the Forest Hills Trail looks out over acres of rolling hills and farmland.
The trail is located on Forest Hills Drive, just past the end of Seippel Road north of Asbury Road. Street parking may be available at the trail entrance; be sure to follow any posted parking signs.
