The Hulman Street Trail follows its namesake roadway through residential and commercial areas of Terre Haute, passing Farrington Grove Elementary School along the way. At its western end, the trail turns north and parallels 4th Street. This section of trail offers views of beautiful homes dating back to the mid-1800s in Farrington Grove, the city’s oldest neighborhood.
In the north, the trail connects to the southern edge of the Indiana State University campus, where it meets the National Road Heritage Trail, a planned 150-mile route across the state.
Parking can be found on the Indiana State University campus at the north end of the trail and at Farrington Grove Elementary School (1826 South 6th Street).
