The shared use trail snakes across the township hitting its most important landmarks in the process, including Saginaw Valley State University in the north, Krossroads Park in the east, and Kochville Township Offices and Elmer Lange Park in the west, as well as other residential and commercial destinations. It is a 10-ft wide asphalt path in that runs within the Consumers Energy electric utility corridor. The trail fits into the wider network of multiuse paths under the umbrella of the Great Lakes Bay Regional Trails system, with connections to the Saginaw paths (the City of Saginaw is 3 miles south of Kochville) as well as future linkages with Zilwaukee’s trails to the east.
