The Linear Trail is a mile long trail which travels between Riverside and Briarcliff in Missouri. The trail provides a natural escape, shrouded in trees cover as it travels parallel to Platte Drive. The highlight of the trail though is the stunning Riverside Waterfall. The water cascades off the geometric rockface into a small pond. Across Woodland Street, trail users can connect to the Interurban Trail, a half mile trail that sits on the former right-of-way of an early 20th Century electric railway.
There is a trailhead on NW Platte Drive, east of Riverway Boulevard.
