The Lower Silver Creek Trail runs in a nearly straight line between Ocala Avenue and Dobern Avenue (Abed Court). Between Foxdale Drive and Logsden Way there's a short (about 0.25 mile) on-street connection. There are plans to extend the trail south from Ocala Avenue to Lake Cunningham Park and north from Abed Court, under Interstate 680, following Silver Creek and passing under US 101 to Watson Park. Bridge crossings over Silver Creek are already in place at Kammerer Avenue, Lausett Avenue and at Plata Arroyo Park.
You can access the trail from Capitol Park; parking is along Bambi Lane or Peter Pan Avenue. You can also access the trail from Dumont Circle or Silverstone Place (street parking for both).
