The Moulton Falls Trail follows an old logging railroad grade between Hantwick Road and the East Fork High Bridge. The trail travels along the East Fork Lewis River within a canopied corridor of alders, Douglas firs and red-cedars. The tranquil route is paved at first but transitions to gravel as you head deeper into the forest. A highlight of the trail is the East Fork High Bridge, which provides a stunning vantage point to view the river gorge.
The Moulton Falls Trail is open to pedestrians, cyclists and folks with (leashed) dogs. The trail is moderately used but busier in the summer months.
