Omaha's Schram Road Trail parallels its namesake road for 3.1 miles. The trail is located just shy of the MoPac Trail (Springfield) and the Walnut Creek Lake Trail. The trail is currently open in 3 distinct sections with brief gaps in between.
The Schram Road Trail is part of the Great American Rail Trail, a 3,700 mile trail that will one day connect Washington, D.C. to Washington State.
There is no designated parking for the Schram Road Trail.
