On the trail's western end, park at the Merriam Visitors Bureau (6304 E. Frontage Road), or cross the roadway and park at Antioch Library (8700 Shawnee Mission Parkway). Less than a half mile south of the trail's western end is Antioch Park (6501 Antioch Road), where parking is also available.
This is just a sidewalk running along Shawnee Mission Parkway...I live nearby and Antioch Park is a much, much better experience for sure!!
The sidewalk along Shawnee Mission Parkway is not much of a running experience.
