This is a shared use path that runs alongside a major north-south conduit through Blue Springs, Missouri. The trail is a hearty 5.7 miles from end-to-end. The trail is a mix of concrete and asphalt paving, and is suitable for many uses. In fact, the amenities along the trail speak to the myriad ways residents take advantage of this local trail: there's bike parking, benches, dog waste bags and trash receptacles, water fountains for humans and dogs alike, public art and trail lighting. As it heads south, the trail passes by residential areas and business before transitioning to wide grassy fields and farms.
There is no dedicated parking for this trail.
No designated parking at either end, as well as being poorly marked. Lots of neighborhood construction at the south end where you have to go out in the road to get around it.
