Beacon Harbor Parkway Trail Description

This off-road trail parallels the Beacon Harbor Parkway in East Moline as it gradually winds north towards the Mississippi River. The trail begins on 7th Street and cuts through a lush wetland where trail users can view waterfowl and other marsh wildlife. Past the start of the John Deere manufacturing complex, the trail setting switches to the open greenery of the riverside park. The trail makes its way to Beacon Harbor, where it connects with the Great River Trail on the banks of the scenic Mississippi.

Parking and Trail Access

Beacon Harbor includes a welcome center, restrooms, water fountains, benches, bike racks and parking. It’s located at the end of Beacon Harbor.
