C-470 Bikeway Description

The C-470 Bikeway—also known as the C-470 Trail and Centennial Trail in Douglas County—provides open views of the Colorado foothills as it follows the southwestern segment of Denver's beltway. Along the way, the trail provides access to many desirable destinations such as Chatfield Lake, Green Mountain and Bear Creek Lake Park, as well as massive retail centers in Centennial.

The paved trail connects to many other regional and local trails, including the High Line Canal Trail, Mary Carter Greenway (Arapahoe Greenway), Bear Creek Trail and Cherry Creek Regional Trail.

Parking and Trail Access

Parking can be found in the many parks along the trail. Your best bets include Bear Creek Lake Park in Lakewood and Chatfield State Park in Littleton, both of which offer large parking lots.
