The East Bay Municipal Utility District Right-of-Way, as its name suggests, is a trail open on a utility corridor in Stockton, although that city is generally considered to be outside the informal boundaries of the East Bay. The trail spans 5.5 miles in three disconnected segments, but surface streets and sidewalks can be used to bridge the gaps.
Panella Park on Lorraine Avenue is the best place to park to access the East Bay Municipal Utility District Right-of-Way. The park offers tennis and basketball courts, picnic shelters, restrooms and the Arnold Rue Community Center.
