The Emeryville Greenway is a 1.9-mile route through the dense Berkeley neighborhoods.
About the Route
At the north end of the trail, 9th Ave. directly turns into the Emeryville Greenway. The trail runs a concrete route nestled between shopfronts and dense housing. The route is often shaded by the surrounding tree cover. A brief section is on-route, so trail users must share the road with car traffic or use sidewalks to continue on. Near Ohlone Way, an impressive bike-ped bridge offers a crossing for trail users looking to cross the railroad tracks. The trail comes to its southern end at Huchiun Park.
The Emeryville Greenway runs between 9th Ave. and Sherwin Ave. There is no designated parking along this route, please see TrailLink Map for detailed directions.
