The Golden Gate Multi-Use Trail was formed from a section of Golden Gate Rd. that is no longer accessible by cars and now is an excellent gravel and mountain biking trail.
The trail stretches between Golden Gate Rd. and West Picture Rocks Rd. in Saguro National Park's western district.
Parking is available at the southern end of the trail, in a shared parking lot with the Sendero Esperanza Trail.
