The Grey Marsh Road Bike Path is an 8-foot wide asphalt shared-use path that follows Grey Marsh Rd for 1.8-miles through Mount Pleasant residential communities and alongside wooded areas. Starting at 1584 Grey Marsh Rd until it ends next to Park West Masonborough Park, the bike path provides pedestrian connections between local communities and access to nature. Park West Masonborough Park is a small park with space for kids to run around and play games. It has a dock on Darrell Creek and is popular spot for dog walks.
Although not included in the main route of Mount Pleasant Way system, this path is part of the roughly 47-miles of connected off-road shared-use paths, trails and greenways. The Grey Marsh Road Bike Path is one of the paths included in the system that provide connectivity to the primary route of the Mount Pleasant Way. The nearby Carolina Park Boulevard Bike Path and Darrell Creek Trail & Park Ave Bike Path are both part of the Mount Pleasant Way system as well.
Access is available at 1584 Grey Marsh Rd and by Park West Masonborough Park (located by the intersection of Beckenham Dr, Alan Brooke Dr, and Grey Grey Marsh Rd), as well as at any point along the bike route.
