The Highway 87 Bikeway follows State Route 87 between Willow Street in the north and Santa Teresa Boulevard at W. Valley Freeway (SR 85) in the south. Basically, the trail forms the missing link between the two segments of the Guadalupe River Trail. Use care along Curtner Avenue and Canoas Garden Avenue where the path crosses to the other side of SR 87. Travel along both avenues for a short distance is necessary, as is a stretch farther south along Narvaez Avenue.
There is no official parking for the trail, but you can access it from just about any road crossing along its route.
