In the heart of busy Spartanburg, the Liberty Trail provides a beautiful oasis through a garden, along a tree-lined brook that cascades over a series of granite steps into a pool. Although only 0.5 mile, the concrete pathway provides an important connection between the Wofford College and the Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System.
The Liberty Trail is part of the Hub City Passage, which in turn is part of the Palmetto Trail, a South Carolina trail network.
A large parking lot is available at the northern end of the trail, off Pearl Street.
