The Maryland Farms Greenway Trail occupies the green buffer between commercial and residential subdivisons of Brentwood, Tennessee. The trail runs from behind the YMCA to Powell Park about a mile away, passing near the office buildings, attracting office workers outdoors for a break in the workday, while serving residents who are trying to get their steps in or connect to the recreation destinations on either end. Future plans include extending the trail to the Maryland Way Park and beyond.
The hard surface trail is lined with pavers.
