Overview
The Mission Hike and Bike Trail is a 4.8-mile, paved pathway in the City of Mission in southern Texas.
About the Route
At its western end, the trail is anchored by Bentsen-Rio Grande Valley State Park. Within its 760 acres, more than 300 bird species have been found and its World Birding Center is a not-to-miss destination.
From the park at the trail's western end, the almost 5-mile route winds east through scrubland and over two bridges to its eastern end at the Mission Nature Area on S. Conway Avenue. As the trail is relatively unshaded, be sure to bring sun protection and plenty of water for the journey.
The Mission Hike and Bike Trail runs between Bentsen-Rio Grande Valley State Park (Mission) and S Conway Ave (Mission), both of which offer parking.

Rode the entire trail today. Nice trail some mud from recent rain. It’s a paved trail but could use some TLC
Quiet and peaceful ride
