This is a spur of the Chisha Foka Multi-Use Trail that cuts through the woods around Brashear Creek and down to Rice Road. There is also fork of the trail that begins on Old Canton Road, and the two branches merge and travel through the woods to emerge on Rice Road. The asphalt trail continues on the north side of the road, ending at the Rice Road trailhead, which features a small parking lot, picnic tables and shelter, a water fountain, trash receptacles and signage.
There is a trailhead with parking, drinking fountains, and a picnic and play site on Rice Road (798 Rice Rd, Ridgeland, MS 39157).
