The Fannin Landing Multi-Use Trail provides a connection for cyclists and pedestrians traversing Mississippi's scenic Barnett Reservoir area, linking the lengthier North Shore Parkway Multi-Use Trail with shore neighborhoods to the north, as well as the popular Fannin Landing boat launch.
The asphalt sidepath trail follows the side of Fannin Landing Circle from the parkway to the north, providing a relatively smooth and low-stress route for non-motorized users. While the trail may not function as a major recreation destination, it makes a great asset for the neighboring community and for those looking to stretch their legs with a ride or walk after time out on the water.
Parking and restrooms are available at the Fannin Landing Boat Launch, located off Fannin Landing Circle across from Marblehead Drive, about 10 miles northeast of Jackson via State Route 25.
