The Skunk Cabbage Trail, part of the statewide California Coastal Trail, is a 7.7 mile trail that cuts through Prairie Creek Redwoods State Park. This trail is bikeable, but its rough and rocky quality makes it best suited for mountain biking.
Trail users can ride between Robinson Rd. and the coast, where the trail becomes unbikeable, but hikers can continue north. The trail is only accessible from Robinson Rd, so trail users must trail 15 miles round trip to reach the coast.
Parking for the Skunk Cabbage Trail is available at the trail's eastern end at Robinson Rd.
