The Stringfellow Road Sidepath runs for three miles through Chantilly and Centreville in Northern Virginia's Fairfax County. The asphalt and concrete trail connects multiple neighborhoods to various amenities, such as Chantilly High School and Rocky Run Stream Valley Park.
Ok, this trail is not marked, and there are 3 "paths" to choose from. One is actually gravel, so it doesn't count. The other takes you thru the neighborhood and is really short. The Stringfellow Road Sidepath is literally on the side of the road. So, park your car at the Willow park place and start there.
Nice path that runs from 7100 (at Monument Drive) to Eleanor C. Lawrence Park. Its not well populated, just a few joggers and people walking. At the 7100 end there is a tree that is blocking the path, but you are able to squeeze through with your bike. Nice, mostly shaded, easy ride.
