The Wilson Pathway in Nampa, Idaho follows the Wilson Drain, a tributary of the Upper Embankment Drain which connects to Lake Lowell. Along its 11-mile course, the Wilson drain is surrounded by trees and greenery, providing trail users with a shady and scenic route as the Wilson Pathway weaves its way through Nampa, Idaho.
Starting at South Fremont Street in the NW, the trail continues southeast for 2 miles until reaching Lake Ave. Here, there is a slight gap in the official trail, there is a very short dirt track connecting the brief gap in the trail that continues south from Lake Ave but those looking to stay on a paved route, trail users can continue East on W Iowa Ave and then south on 12th Ave Rd. and again east on W Greenhurst road until the trail picks up again and heads South again.
The second 2.4 miles of the trail continues southeast once again, passing by Wilson Creek Park, which has a playground, open recreation area, and drinking fountains. The trail also skirts the Wilson Springs Ponds, a local fishing spot. At its Eastern terminus, the trail connects to the Stoddard Pathway.
There is no designated Parking along Wilson Pathway. However, there is parking along the Stoddard Pathway near the eastern terminus of Wilson Pathway. See Stoddard Pathway map for more information.
