Overview
Wy'East Way is a 1.6-mile greenway that runs alongside several MAX light rail stations in Gresham, OR just outside of Portland. The entire route is paved and 12 feet wide.
About the Route
Wy'East Way is a rail-with-trail, a trail that runs alongside an active rail line, for its entire route. It passes Ruby Junction/E 197th, Civic Drive, and Gresham City Hall MAX light rail stations. The entire route follows very closely along the light rail route, separated by metal safety fencing in many areas.
The route also features secure pedestrian crossings, bright LED lights, and landscaped greenspaces.
Connections
0.3 miles from the northern endpoint, the Wy'Easy Way connects to the Gresham Fairview Trail.
Wy'East Way runs between SE 197th Ave. (Gresham) and NW Miller Ave. (Gresham).
