A short segment of asphalt trail that begins just south of the intersection of Golf Course Road and Paradise Boulevard (across the street from the end of the Paradise Boulevard Trail), the Golf Course Road Trail helps link the system of multi-use roadside trails that run throughout this area of northern Albuquerque.
Heading south, the trail begins a steady descent as it passes by the entrances to suburban strip malls and businesses, with a residential subdivision flanking the trail to the east. The trail comes to an end where it intersects with one of the segments of the Paseo del Norte Trail. While certainly not impressive on its own, if you view the Golf Course Road Trail together with its related pathways, you can unlock many more recreation and transportation opportunities in this suburban community.
Parking may be available near the trail at local businesses; be sure to follow any posted parking signs and regulations.
